NC U10 SWIFTIES Christmas Pool Party

Party Date: Sunday, Dec 15th

Pool Time: 12:30pm to 1:30pm (*have your suits on and be ready to swim by 12:15pm)

Party Room Time: 1:30pm to 3:00pm

• Pizza and holiday treats
• Christmas activity (i.e. cookie decorating TBC)

Where: East Hantz Aquatic Centre, 14 Commerce Ct. Elmsdale (902 758 3467)

Notes:

• Children ages 7 and under are required to have a chaperone ratio of five children for every one adult (5:1). Adults must be in the water with these children and be within arm’s reach.
• Children ages 8 and up are required to have a chaperone ration of ten children for every one adult (10:1). Adults do not have to be in the pool but must be actively supervising the children on the pool deck.
• Children must be 4 feet in height to have access to the waterslide.
• There is a rock wall in the large pool and it is typically open on Sundays (TBC on arrival).
• SWIFTIES need to be ready 15 minutes prior to our pool time at 12:15pm so the lifeguard can go over the swim rules.
• Swimmers 7 and under who wish to swim without a life jacket will need to complete a swim test.
• If you have a Player who is 7 years old please let me know if you're ok to be in the water with them.
• Also, I will ask that a few parents be on the pool deck to supervise the girls. We will need a minimum of 3 parents to help with this.
• If there are any parents who would like to be in the pool for the swim let me know. We can have up to 25 people in the pool swimming with our booking. More the merrier!
