Fund raising for any other items not mentioned above must be approved by the Executive
The President and the Fundraising Coordinator must be advised and approve of the event or project and dates prior to commencement.
The “Form 121 - Sanctioned Event Application” located on the NS Ringette website http://www.ringette.ns.ca/assets.asp must be completed for ALL fundraising events that do not take place during a game or practice to ensure the appropriate insurance is in place. This form MUST be submitted to the President of NCR.
As well, the appropriate licences or permits must be secured from the Licensing Section of Alcohol and Gaming at: (902) 424-6160.
