October 4/22 Email:
General
If you are not receiving emails, please check your junk folder. In addition to email, almost every communication is paired with a facebook post and update to the website.
If you or your player has been announced on a team, please direct inquiries about schedules etc to your Head Coach or Manager first. All Head Coaches for U10 and above are listed on the website for each team.
TeamRAMP App
All players (excepting U14T2 and FUN1/2) should have received an email advising that they have been added to a team, with instructions on downloading the app and tutorial information. Please download the app as this is the PRIMARY means of communication for your team this season. All Teams are expected to use the app as their primary way to track and manage their teams. If you have a player registered, and they are not in one of the teams that hasn't been announced, please reach out immediately to your Head Coach.
Alternatively, you can download the app from the store link below and create your account using the email attached to your registration. Your email links you to the team(s) app information. Your team(s) will show up for whatever teams that email is used for a player (after you download and create an account).
The TeamRamp is part of the package purchased by the association with the website. There is no fee for the team. Links to download the app are below.
Team Website Pages
Head Coaches and/or managers have all received logins via email for their team webpage. Please ensure you or someone designated on your team becomes familiar with the webpage. The webpage and TeamRAMP app are coordinated, and it is important that you use both.
For both the app and website, Head Coaches/Managers/Designated Volunteers can reach out to ncracomms@gmail.com with questions.
Schedule
All upcoming practice times have been communicated to Head Coaches. We are working on getting the schedule uploaded to the website for all divisions; we wanted to make sure the teams and rosters were accurately showing before adding the schedule. We are also working directly with the Central League to coordinate the websites and sync their information with our teams. Please continue checking TeamRamp, your emails and the website this week as your team staff, and NCRA and CRRL, continue to upload information.
Handbooks
Starting the season can be overwhelming for parents and volunteers alike. We've updated all our Handbooks to hopefully give an extra hand; you can find them here:
Central League Conveners
CRRL is gearing up to start the game schedule and get us on the ice. Teams can expect to hear from their division's conveners soon. Division Conveners are important contacts through the season and we ask all teams to ensure they are providing the information they request in a timely manner. Note that tournament blocks will need to be sent as soon as your team approves tournaments/budget for them.
**A U19 Convener is still required and needs to be in place to start the season for games. Please reach out directly to Tammy ncrapresidentofficial@
gmail.com if you can take on this role** U14/U16 Tier 2 Elite Academy Program

>Cellphones/cameras are not allowed in ANY dressing room except to be playing music. At all other times it should be put away (gear bag/coat pocket/etc). No pictures are allowed in the dressing rooms.
>It takes a lot of volunteers to help run a team. If you want to volunteer, DO IT! We would love to have as many parents involved as we can to be a part of this sport in front and behind the scenes. Reach out to your Head Coach to let them know!
