Registration Pre-Info 2025-26

NCRA is pleased to announce that registration for our 2025/26 Season is open!!!

Returning players should not have to set up anything in RAMP.  You select "Participant", which brings you to the section where you select which athlete you are registering.  Once you select the athlete, "choose a division" will show and a drop-down menu will populate when you select it.  New members will need to create a RAMP account and add parent and player profiles. 

REMEMBER TO REGISTER FOR THE DIVISION THAT COINCIDES WITH YOUR ATHLETE'S BIRTH YEAR.  

U19 - 2007, 2008 & 2009

U16 - 2010 and 2011

U14 - 2012 and 2013

U12 - 2014 and 2015

U10 - 2016 and 2017

FUN2, FUN1 and Active Start - Must be 4 years old by December 31, 2025 (aka birth years 2018 to 2021).  For guidance on which division to register for, see NCRA Children's Ringette - Where To Register this Season  

• Players in U14 and U16 that are interested in trying out for the Tier 1 teams for those divisions must add the tryout package to their registration (additional fee applies)
• Tier 1 registration deadline is August 15th
• We suggest ensuring that your participants and family members/emergency contacts are added into your profile before you complete your registration; your player profile information feeds the RAMPTeam app all divisions use through the season to communicate and schedule.  Any parent emails should be included with your player so they are included in the RAMPTeam app invitation when teams are formed.
• Each child in your profile will need to be registered individually; the system does not allow multi-participant registrations in one transaction.
• There are waivers and acknowledgments in the registration process; a completed registration is an acknowledgement you have seen and read the waivers.
• We DO NOT have our ice schedules for teams/divisions confirmed until we are more aware of how many teams/players etc.  Please refrain from asking about schedules at this time as we do not have that information and will only be able to communicate it when we are closer to team formations.

Sibling Discounts: NCRA is happy to be able to offer a family discount for siblings.  There is no discount in the first participant's registration and siblings using the fee reduction under the Goalie Incentive are not eligible to be included in the sibling count. Sibling discounts are entered as "PROMO CODES" when you register.  If you are registering a second sibling, use Promo Code 2Sibling for $25 credit.  If you register a third sibling, use Promo Code 3Sibling for an additional $25 credit.  If a promo code is added and processed when not applicable, the Registrar will reach out directly to balance the account prior to the start of season. Promo Codes must be added prior to payment selection being made/processed.

Goalie Credits: if your player is carrying over a 50/50 credit or applied for the Goalie credit for last season, it will automatically show in your general RAMP account and be applied.
