Active Start Immediate Openings
We are excited to offer a short-term offering for any new players for the remainder of the season. Our Active Start program is held weekly on Saturday mornings at RBC from 8:15 to 9:15am, led by our enthusiastic and experienced Head Coach Eddie Halfyard, assistant coach Alexis Lister and Junior Coach Mya. They are currently a small, but mighty group and have some space to welcome new athletes for the last seven sessions.
It's open to NEW (little to no experience) skaters, preferably of the ages 4 to 5. Fee for the program is $125. Ringette mask and gear is required, but we will provide sticks if needed to lessen the burden for anyone that joins. Additional gear may be available for lending upon request. We have room for 5-7 skaters to join their group.
Open only to athletes that live in Nova Central's membership area - ie Fall River, Bedford, Hammonds Plains, Lower Sackville, Beaver Bank, Waverley etc.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about the sport and the Association, without the commitment of the full regular season. It would be an amazing experience for friends of those already in the program, siblings that have been watching from the stands, or children that were registered in other sports in September and now have availability.
